TEAM ASSET MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, ("TAMC") is a Colorado based property management company, managing multifamily rental properties along the Front Range from Greeley to Colorado Springs.  The principals, Ms. Barbara Briggs, President, and Mr. Fred Mahike, Vice President, established "TAMC" in 1990.  They believe and display the "hands on approach" to management; thus achieving a cohesive team that produces results for the client.

We train our Maintenance "TAMC'S" in the benefits of safety and preventative and timely maintenance, which in turn keeps costs in "line" and all our residents happy.


Ongoing training with our "TAMC" employee members is essential in our ever changing world.  "TAMC'S" goal to train and implement fair, sound and concise policies, procedures and practices; thereby achieving "TAMC" employee members that are both conscientious and creative.   “TAMC” invests in training through many sources: apartment association, grace hill webinar courses and through the professional legal "TAMC" THS additionally "TAMC" has a set company training seminars and guidelines for our employee members.  Each employee “TAMC” member also learns from the experience and expertise of their co-workers and supervisors.  Therefore, we continue to invest time in our "Top Asset".
